These Terms govern your use of the ExamNet website and mobile app ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • If you are a parent or school creating learner accounts, you are responsible for obtaining consent and supervising use.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service for lawful educational purposes only.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, access unauthorized data, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights.

3. Learning content

ExamNet provides curriculum-aligned learning activities, explanations, and visual aids. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. If you find issues, please report them.

4. Bilingual experience

The Service offers English and Swahili interfaces. Some content or labels may appear in one language depending on availability.

5. AI-powered features

AI insights and tutor support provide recommendations and explanations. These are advisory only and should be verified with teachers or curriculum materials.

6. Payments

If we offer paid plans, payments are processed by third-party providers. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms (if any) are shown at checkout. We do not store full payment credentials.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All platform content, trademarks, and code are owned by ExamNet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or school-authorized educational purposes.

9. Third-party services

We may integrate analytics, messaging, and payment services. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and the platform.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ExamNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the six months preceding the claim, if any.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we will attempt to provide notice.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Disputes are handled by competent courts in Tanzania, unless otherwise required by local law.
